The 12th edition of the Experiential Planner MICE & Destination Weddings Roadshow, India’s leading platform for outbound MICE and wedding planners to connect with international destinations, hotels, venues, DMCs in their own city, kick-starts from 6th November 2017.
This year, the Roadshow will visit the top ‘new potential’ markets within India – Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai & Bangalore. The EP Roadshow has a limited participation for up to 12 exhibitors – Dubai Business Events, Barcelona CVB, Vienna CVB, Malta + Blue Marble Destinations and Monaco Tourism Board already have secured their participation with more intl. destinations lining up to join the events.
The Experiential Planner Roadshow has been evolved to cater to the upcoming, new potential markets within India, so international destinations can make sure they reach out to all parts of the hugely evolving market place in India.
Both events – the Experiential Planner Roadshow and the epex – Experiential Planner Expo – cover the complete #IndiaOutbound MICE market. Focus for epex lies on the buzzing business centers of New Delhi/capital region (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida) and Mumbai, whereas the Roadshow steadily builds up and renews relationships with event planners in the upcoming city centers of India, which see a huge business development for outbound MICE.
The Indian outbound MICE market has a steadily growing need for business partnerships with international destinations and with suppliers from those destinations. Particularly in demand (that is what we keep getting requests for) are Europe and all new destinations – especially Germany, Greece, Prague and Czech Republic, Hungary and Budapest, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Scandinavia namely Norway and many more.
