The Experiential Planner Expo 2018 (EPEX 2018), India’s leading MICE & Destination Weddings Exhibition is set to see the largest ever participation of Middle Eastern Destinations and Suppliers, at its upcoming edition at the WOW Awards and Conventions Asia in June 2018. The participants from the region at EPEX 2018 include Dubai Business Events who are not only the Platinum Partners of the WOW Awards and Conventions Asia 2018 but are, in fact, in their fourth consecutive year of association with the expo. Dubai Business Events will be participating at EPEX 2018 and will enhance its presence with hospitality partners, including, FIVE Palm Jumeirah, Bab Al Shams, The Meydan Hotel, Palazzo Versace and St Regis Polo Resort.
Other than Dubai Business Events, EPEX 2018 has already confirmed to see participation from Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority who are coming back for the second consecutive edition. BTEA have also enhances their presence this year as ‘Gold Partners’ to the WOW Awards and Convention Asia 2018. In addition, up to 6 suppliers will join Bahrains presence at show, with confirmation already in from Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay (hosts to the mammoth Indian wedding last year in Bahrain)

Visit Israel and Azerbaijan Tourism along with JW Marriott, Baku will also all renew their participation to EPEX 2018 for the second consecutive year. Making their debut at the Experiential Planner Expo 2018 is Qatar Business Events. The participation of Qatar Business Events comes after the success of a recent project with tmf Dialogue Marketing including an in-depth research on the potential of the Indian MICE market, a Study Mission and a Workshop to Stakeholders of the Qatar MICE and Wedding industry. Qatar Business Events is also having an enhanced participation at EPEX, with suppliers adding on to their presence at the show.
Registrations for partners to join EPEX will close on May 15, 2018. EPEX, with its tagline of ‘Connecting Planners with Destinations’, is dedicated for the showcase of Tourism Boards, Convention Bureaus, Destination Management Companies, Cruiseliners, Hotels, Venues and other service providers to the MICE and Destination Wedding industry of India.
EPEX 2018 will take place from 28-30 June and New Delhi Aerocity. The show will have hosted leaders from across prominent source markets within India, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad in addition to the professionals that attend from Delhi itself. The event caters to outbound MICE, Corporate & Destination Wedding Planners and is co-located with the WOW Awards & Convention Asia.
