This past year, Lake Como has had the opportunity to host many international events such as the Ambrosetti Forum, an annual meeting for politicians and intellectuals, the Concorso d’Eleganza, an event endorsed by BMW to showcase classic cars from around the world or the world première of the new Ferrari V12.
Many of those events took place at Villa Erba! It is a beautiful building from the 18th century which is located on the shores of Lake Como. Villa Erba houses an International Exhibition and Congress Centre. You can organize your meeting in the Villa itself, in the Exhibition Centre or, of course, you can use both for your event at the same time.
The villa impresses with its ancient frescoes, the luxurious ceilings and Mannerist rooms and it is an amazing setting for all kind of events, also for weddings, shooting commercials or movies. Take for example Steven Soderbergh’s Ocean’s Twelve or the George Clooney’s famous Nespresso commercials.
