It’s not always easy to get flight passengers listen to safety instructions on board. Therefore, airlines make an effort to produce creative videos in order catch the passengers’ attention.
Last week, British Airways released a six-minute video featuring some of the country’s best-known actors and comedians, including Ian McKellen, Gordon Ramsay, Thandie Newton and Rowan Atkinson.
Alex Cruz, chief executive of British Airways: “It’s extremely important to us that customers engage with our safety video, and involving some of the nation’s most well-known personalities has given us the chance to create something fun that we hope people will watch from start to finish — and remember.”
Air New Zealand also introduced its new safety video. New Zealand is a destination that has to be experienced to be believed. It’s a land of stunning beauty, magical places, and friendly people. Thus, Air New Zealand produced the “Fantastical Journey safety video” that takes New Zealand’s uniqueness and beauty to the extreme, in a fantastical way. The stars Cuba Gooding Jr. and Katie Holmes take the passengers on a journey to discover the country’s most stunning locations, to meet the locals and Air New Zealand’s flight attendants.
