Dzintari Concert Hall in Jūrmala has many options for events in the charming Small Hall or in the Great outdoor Concert hall next to the Baltic sea.
One of the most popular venues in Jūrmala is the Dzintari Concert Hall which is a perfect example of synergy between nature and architecture and a landmark of Jūrmala. After renovation the Dzintari complex hosts an elegant, neo-eclectic style indoor concert hall, the Small Concert Hall, in the style of the thirties (built in 1036) with 500 seats and an acoustically perfect outdoor summer concert hall, the Great Concert Hall, with 2100 seats, surrounded by a garden next to the coast of the Baltic Sea plus a restaurant with 70 seats.
The Famous Great Concert Hall is a true architectural pearl of Jūrmala, is all also available for the conferences, private concerts or gala dinners for more than 500 persons.
The historical Small Hall (Chamber Hall) covers 400 m2 with a stage adding a space of 80 m2. The usual concert setup has the floor inclined towards the stage. But it can be adjusted for any other event by leveling it with the surrounding floor and having all the chairs hidden under the stage.
The Small Hall renovation project was finished in May 2015 and it was opened after the addition of extra premises. The complex is suitable for festive activities, business meetings, conferences, concerts and other events.
‘Dzintari’ Concert Hall was built in several stages during the 20th century, it is one of the most popular open-air venues in Jūrmala.
