The BOE INTERNATIONAL 2018 recognizes and deals extensively with the shortage of skilled workers in the event industry. It had chosen this as one of the guiding themes at the fair’s own career forum. The Career Hub was aimed at career starters, specialists and executives and offered attractive formats with interesting content through lectures, discussions and expert talks. The organizer of the Career Hub was the Studieninstitut für Kommunikation as a strategic education partner.
The Career Hub was highly successful and it was beneficial to employers, employees, career starters, entrepreneurs and a host of other people associated with the industry.
